Tasks

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-user hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner, ensuring efficient resolution or escalation when necessary.
  • Document and track all support activities using the company's ticketing system, maintaining accurate records of work performed.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to improve support processes and enhance end-user experience.

Requirements

  • Local Language B2 to C1 And English
  • work permit/ ID Card required for verification
  • Freelancer contract
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and end-user computing environments, with a focus on troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating mutual respect and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
