We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Guest Relations Manager to be the face of our front office team, ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service and enjoy a seamless stay. You will be responsible for engaging with guests, handling special requests, and resolving any concerns to maintain the highest level of satisfaction.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests to ensure a warm welcome and enjoyable stay
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally and efficiently
- Proactively visit guests to ensure their needs are met and they feel valued
- Resolve any complaints with confidence, empathy, and quick problem-solving
- Maintain accurate guest records and communication using Telegram, WhatsApp, and other digital tools
- Collaborate with wider reception team and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
- Assist in organizing special guest experiences and VIP services
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years in guest relations or hospitality
- Able to document interactions and manage guest details efficiently
- Ensures all guest preferences and requests are handled smoothly
- Highly attentive to detail
- Warm & charismatic personality who is able to make guests feel at home
- Comfortable using computer systems and social networks like Telegram & WhatsApp
- Fluent English and confident communication, and ability to engage with guests and solve issues professionally
- A proactive thinker who can handle challenges with ease
