Tasks
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to dealer sales teams and management.
- Support motorcycle dealers in effectively presenting and selling finance and leasing solutions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement targeted development initiatives.
- Monitor dealer performance, analyze business data, and develop action plans to improve results.
- Build strong relationships with dealership management and act as a trusted business partner.
- Support the launch of new products, campaigns, and commercial initiatives across the dealer network.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve dealer processes, customer retention, and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in sales training, dealer development, automotive finance, retail operations, or a related commercial environment.
- Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage projects and extensive travel within Germany.
- Passion for motorcycles and a genuine understanding of motorcycle customers and dealerships.
- Previous experience within the motorcycle industry is highly desirable.
- Motorcycle licence (Class A) is strongly preferred.Fluent German and English language skills, additional Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
