_HOLY is in pursuit of an exceptional leader to take on our talent acquisition efforts. The perfect match would have a deep understanding of hiring frameworks, know and used tried-and-true strategies, and be prepared to own the entire hiring journey – from initial scorecard to job offers._  
  
## Responsibilities:

* You will take the lead in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to find and attract highly qualified candidates for key positions in the company.
* You will lead and oversee the implementation of an effective hiring framework, from screening to job offers, to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
* You will develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers – including understanding their team dynamics and staffing needs in order to provide strategic recruitment guidance.
* You will report to the People & Org Manager, Alan, and collaborate closely with one of the Founders, Mathias, to ensure alignment with our hiring roadmap and company objectives.

## The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results. For this role, the main point of contact and reporting line will be with our People Manager, Alan.  
1. **Get-to-know (30 Minutes):** Alan and you will have the first screening interview, during which we will discuss HOLY and the position in more detail, and determine if our expectations align.
2. **Brief Case study:** Once you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive a short case study to review before your second interview.
3. **Advanced discussion (90 Minutes):** During the second interview, the Alan and Mathias will discuss your case study with you in the first 60 minutes. The remaining 30 minutes will be dedicated to a cultural fit meeting with one of the Founders.
4. **Job offer and decision:** If everything goes well, you will receive an offer, and we are ready to embark on this journey together with you!
Typically this process should take around 2 weeks.
