Bike Rental Agent

We are a Dutch-French company renting and selling classic and electric bikes, accessories, we offering repair services — but above all, we organize guided bike tours in some of the most beautiful cities : Paris,Versailles, Nice, Lyon, New York… and of course Bordeaux.✨

To help visitors discover this iconic destination in a unique way, we are looking for our next Rental Agent to join our Holland Bikes Tours & Rentals shop in Bordeaux.

The position:

• Week end contract (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
• From May

You will be the first smile our visitors meet — and often the last memory they take home.

As a Rental Agent, you represent Holland Bikes on the ground.
Your goal: to deliver a smooth, friendly and memorable customer experience, whether for a bike rental or a guided tour.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Welcoming, guiding and advising customers
• Checking bikes before and after rentals or tours
• Using our booking and rental software on a daily basis
• Handling payments and cash register management
• Managing the bike fleet to ensure bikes are clean, well-organized and always ready to ride

• A first experience in tourism is required (training provided upon arrival)
• You enjoy cycling, interacting with people
• You are fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus!)
• You live in Bordeaux or nearby
