Aufgaben
Every 2 months you'll roll-out one new location (car inspection centres; ~500k in revenue/location) - from sourcing prime real estate to launching fully operational inspection hubs and onboarding first customers:
- Proactively scout and evaluate new locations across Bavaria, Hessen, NRW, and BaWü; negotiate competitive lease contracts with realtors. Focus on Frankfurt and Cologne.
- Manage the conversion of leased properties into state‑of‑the‑art tech-enabled inspection hubs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure on‑time openings.
- Provide agile support on ad‑hoc projects, addressing operational challenges at both existing and new sites.
- Embrace a mobile role, spending 80% of your time on‑site & on-the-road and serving as a key driver of our expansion strategy.
- Drive initial B2B customer acquisition by executing targeted outbound campaigns towards repair shops and car dealerships in close alignment with the sales team during the first two weeks post-launch of each site.
- Enhance our operations by identifying site‑specific issues and collaborating with our headquarter team to implement tech‑driven solutions.

- Experienced in fast‑paced environments (e.g., hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes. This is an entry-level role for highly motivated young professionals.
