## About Us

We are Hoffmann AM (formerly Jellypipe) — an emerging technology company accelerating its growth with the strong backing of the Hoffmann Group. Together, we are driving industrial additive manufacturing forward across Europe and actively shaping the future of 3D printing.

Our mission is to make 3D printing simple and accessible for companies of all sizes and industries through tailored solutions delivered by a strong international partner network.

To support this mission, we are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial professional (m/f/d) who will contribute to the continued growth of our company with energy, passion, and enthusiasm. If you enjoy working closely with customers, have a strong background in additive manufacturing, and like taking ownership in an international environment, you will feel right at home with us.

As a Sales Manager Netherlands & UK (m/f/d) at Hoffmann AM, you will play a key role in developing and expanding our industrial 3D printing business across the Dutch and UK markets. Working closely with the local Hoffmann Group sales organizations and field sales teams, you will support customers in identifying and implementing additive manufacturing solutions while contributing directly to the growth of our business.

## Tasks

* Drive the sales of industrial 3D printing solutions across the Netherlands and the United Kingdom and develop the additive manufacturing business together with the local Hoffmann Group field sales teams.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships with industrial companies and key decision-makers in both markets.
* Identify new industrial applications for additive manufacturing and support customers in implementing suitable 3D printing solutions.
* Manage customer inquiries and commercial projects from initial request and quotation through negotiation and successful contract closure.
* Provide consultative technical sales support together with our engineering team, advising customers on manufacturing processes, materials, and economically optimized solutions.
* Actively develop new business opportunities, expand our customer base, and establish Hoffmann AM as a trusted partner for industrial additive manufacturing in the Netherlands and the UK.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of our quotation and ordering platform by bringing in your customer and sales perspective.
* Represent Hoffmann AM during customer visits, contract negotiations, trade fairs, and industry events in the Netherlands, the UK, and across Europe.

## Requirements

* Completed technical education or apprenticeship combined with professional sales experience, or a commercial background with strong technical expertise and proven experience in additive manufacturing.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or project business, with a proven background in the additive manufacturing (3D printing) industry.
* Professional experience in the 3D printing industry is essential, ideally gained in the sale of industrial 3D printing equipment (hardware manufacturers, OEMs, or resellers) or within a 3D printing service provider offering additive manufacturing solutions to industrial customers.
* Solid understanding of additive manufacturing technologies, materials, and applications, with the ability to identify customer needs and advise on suitable 3D printing solutions.
* Ability to work independently, take ownership of commercial targets, and successfully drive opportunities from lead generation to closing.
* High affinity for digitalization, platform solutions, and data-driven sales approaches.
* Willingness to travel approximately 30% within the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Europe, depending on customer projects and trade fairs.
* Native-level Dutch and fluent English, both written and spoken, are essential.
* Proficiency in any additional European language is considered a plus.
* Team-oriented, confident, and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude when interacting with decision-makers.

## Benefits

* An exciting key role in a fast-growing technology company backed by the international Hoffmann Group.
* The opportunity to actively shape the future of additive manufacturing and build our presence in the Dutch and UK markets.
* A motivated and collaborative international team that embraces innovation and values teamwork.
* A high degree of creative freedom, entrepreneurial responsibility, and short decision-making processes.
* Attractive employment conditions and flexible working arrangements.
