## Tasks

*   Globale Transportabwicklung (Land-/ See-/ Luftfracht) inkl. Versand- und Zolltätigkeiten
*   Erstellung von Export- und Kundendokumenten (Lieferscheine, Rechnungen, Zolldokumente, etc.)
*   Koordination mit Kunden und Speditionen
*   Administrative Tätigkeiten (Überwachung der Liefertreue)
*   Unterstützung der internen Logistik

## Requirements

*   Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau
*   Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Versand- und Zollabwicklung (von Vorteil)
*   Sehr gute  EDV - Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office)
*   SAP Kenntnisse (von Vorteil)
*   Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
*   Affinität zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen
*   Freundliches Auftreten und Kundenorientierung, Teamplayer und Organisationstalent
*   Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit zum selbständigen, gewissenhaften und genauen Arbeiten
