We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to join our team in Berlin, supporting and partnering with our teams in Europe. A strong team player and a good networker able to develop strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders, you will drive key initiatives impacting both our employees and the company.

## Tasks

*   Strategic and operational partnership with the business by understanding current needs and anticipating future requirements
*   Challenging managers and stakeholders for growth
*   In partnership with the rest of the People & Culture team, identify innovative solutions that positively impact the employee experience
*   Participation in projects and initiatives across functions and locations
*   Partner with employees and managers as a trusted advisor and offer thought leadership in areas such as career development and employee relations
*   Help improving processes
*   Participate in the recurring processes such as performance management cycles and salary reviews
*   Leverage data to produce insightful people analytics reports

## Requirements

*   Proven track record operating as an HRBP in Germany in an international, multi-cultural environment. Experience in either the UK, Netherlands, or Italy is be a plus
*   Experience as an HRBP in a creative industry
*   Proven track record of positively influencing teams
*   Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in German and English
*   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*   Good understanding of German labor law
*   Strong knowledge of the Microsoft products and the G-suite
