Tasks

As a Data & Risk Manager at Enzo, you will play a critical role in leveraging data and machine learning to drive impactful insights. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex datasets, optimizing AI models, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. While your focus will extend across various projects, a primary example is our work on water and leakage pattern detection, where you will:

  • Anomaly Analysis: Monitor and analyze data from our AI-based early warning systems to identify potential anomalies, distinguishing between true positives (actual leaks) and false alerts.
  • Incident Evaluation: Use physics-based reasoning and water pipe system knowledge to evaluate the likelihood of detected anomalies being genuine.
  • System Optimization: Provide feedback to the development team to enhance the accuracy and performance of our AI models.
  • Reporting: Document and categorize findings, generate detailed reports on system performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hardware, software, and AI teams to refine detection protocols and ensure system updates align with user needs.
  • Customer Communication: Occasionally engage directly with customers to gather insights about detected anomalies and confirm potential water leaks.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Data Analysis: A proven ability to interpret and derive insights from large datasets.
  • Scientific Approach: Expertise in physics or engineering, particularly in fluid dynamics or similar domains.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    - Ideally 3+ years of experience in roles involving data analysis, machine learning, or water systems monitoring.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    - Familiarity with AI systems, IoT, and anomaly detection is a plus.
    - Understanding of water pipe systems or fluid dynamics.
  • Communication Skills:
    - Excellent report writing and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
