We are currently partnering with a fast-growing French company looking to hire a Senior Growth Manager to take full ownership of its acquisition and conversion strategy.
This is a high-impact role designed for a hands-on operator who can both execute and strategize, with a strong focus on performance, experimentation, and scalable growth systems.
Tâches
our Mission
You will be responsible for driving growth across three core pillars:
1. Paid Media (Acquisition)
- Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage budgets, CAC, and ROI with a performance-driven mindset
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and channels to unlock new growth levers
- Identify and launch new acquisition opportunities
2. Funnel Optimization (Conversion)
- Analyze the full funnel (landing pages → signup → conversion)
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates
- Optimize user journeys and reduce friction points
- Collaborate on landing pages, messaging, and CRO strategy
3. CRM & Automation
- Structure and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot or similar)
- Build automated sequences (email, lead nurturing, scoring)
- Improve lead qualification and sales handover processes
- Implement growth loops and lifecycle marketing strategies
Compétences requises
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing
- Proven track record in scaling paid acquisition campaigns
- Strong experience in funnel optimization & A/B testing
- Hands-on expertise with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and automation workflows
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments is a strong plus
- Fluent in French
