We are currently partnering with a fast-growing French company looking to hire a Senior Growth Manager to take full ownership of its acquisition and conversion strategy.

This is a high-impact role designed for a hands-on operator who can both execute and strategize, with a strong focus on performance, experimentation, and scalable growth systems.

Tâches

our Mission

You will be responsible for driving growth across three core pillars:

1. Paid Media (Acquisition)

  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage budgets, CAC, and ROI with a performance-driven mindset
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and channels to unlock new growth levers
  • Identify and launch new acquisition opportunities

2. Funnel Optimization (Conversion)

  • Analyze the full funnel (landing pages → signup → conversion)
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates
  • Optimize user journeys and reduce friction points
  • Collaborate on landing pages, messaging, and CRO strategy

3. CRM & Automation

  • Structure and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot or similar)
  • Build automated sequences (email, lead nurturing, scoring)
  • Improve lead qualification and sales handover processes
  • Implement growth loops and lifecycle marketing strategies

Compétences requises

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth / Performance Marketing
  • Proven track record in scaling paid acquisition campaigns
  • Strong experience in funnel optimization & A/B testing
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and automation workflows
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS environments is a strong plus
  • Fluent in French
