Tasks

Your Mission:

Drive Success, Build Strong Teams & Maximize Growth

Lead & Elevate Performance – Oversee a high-impact team of Account Managers & Success Coaches, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
Develop High-Growth Strategies – Create and implement customer retention, engagement, and cross-selling strategies that boost long-term partnerships and revenue.
Innovate & Optimize – Continuously improve processes, refine account management strategies, and drive operational efficiency.
Mentor & Inspire – Coach, train, and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and success.
Strengthen Key Relationships – Be the face of the company to high-value clients, leading critical negotiations and ensuring strategic alignment.
Expand Global Impact – Identify new opportunities to scale services and expand partnerships across international markets.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

✅ Bilingual Mastery (English & Spanish) – Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to build trust with international clients.
✅ Leadership Powerhouse – Proven ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams, with a track record of driving customer success in fast-paced environments.
✅ Strategic Vision & Analytical Thinking – You don’t just react—you anticipate, innovate, and create solutions that elevate business success.
✅ Commercial Expertise – Experience in account management, sales, upselling, and driving revenue growth.
✅ Tech-Savvy & Performance-Driven – Comfortable using tools like Excel and CRM platforms to track progress and optimize team performance.
✅ Commitment to Growth – Open to traveling to the U.S. twice a year to strengthen client relationships and expand global operations.

Base Salary: $48,000 per year ($4,000/month)
Variable Pay: $36,000 per year ($3,000/month)
