What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and grow a strong client portfolio by prospecting and sourcing potential B2B clients interested in recruitment services.
  • Present our services with confidence and close deals like a pro.
  • Manage negotiations smoothly, ensuring all details are covered.
  • Smash clear, motivating sales goals and make an impact.

Requirements

What We're Looking For :

  1. Bilingual or have an excellent level of English and native Spanish
  2. Solid experience in prospecting and managing potential clients, and B2B Sales, preferably in the recruitment agency
  3. A competitive drive and passion for success
  4. Great communication skills and a people person
  5. Eager to learn and grow quickly in a multicultural company
