The Corporate Marketing & Insurance Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, corporate healthcare partnerships, insurance and TPA empanelments, and referral network development. The role focuses on expanding the organization's market presence, building long-term relationships with corporate clients and healthcare stakeholders, promoting healthcare services and wellness programs, and identifying new business opportunities while ensuring consistent brand visibility and revenue growth.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage corporate accounts, insurance companies, TPAs, and institutional partnerships to drive business growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with HR teams, corporate decision-makers, insurance providers, and healthcare benefit managers.
- Negotiate and execute corporate healthcare agreements, wellness programs, annual health check-up packages, and insurance empanelment contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, credentialing, and renewal processes for insurance and corporate partnerships.
- Develop customized healthcare solutions and wellness initiatives for corporate clients and institutional partners.
- Monitor utilization, revenue performance, and service delivery for corporate and insurance accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, insurance companies, and TPAs to address operational and service-related requirements.
- Identify new partnership opportunities with employers, industry associations, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Conduct presentations, business meetings, and networking activities to expand the organization's corporate reach.
- Collaborate with operations, clinical, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate and insurance services.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, insurance industry developments, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports on partnership performance, revenue generation, account growth, and business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and organizational policies.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, diagnostics marketing, insurance relations, or corporate healthcare sales.

- Strong network within corporate HR, insurance, healthcare, and wellness sectors.
