Our client's range of services includes daycare centers, nursing and residential homes, residential youth welfare facilities and daycare centers for the mentally ill, as well as an ambulant nursing service, two practices for physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, and a community school.

## Tasks

*   Education, childcare and support of children and adolescents in a children's and youth facility
*   Consideration of the organization's pedagogical conception
*   Pedagogical responsibility, perception of the duty of care and supervision
*   Individual case work, group work, educational leisure activities
*   Assistance plan procedure in cooperation with the youth welfare office
*   Cooperation with parents, e.g. for counseling and mediation of further assistance

## Requirements

*   Degree as a state-certified educator, social pedagogue or curative education nurse
*   Graduates in psychology, sociology, educational science, social science, social politics, health sciences or similar
*   Decision-making and assertiveness skills as well as patience
*   Willingness to participate in further training
*   Team spirit and communication skills
*   Independent work, sense of responsibility
