Tasks

About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Team in Spain. Good English skills are obligatory, German skills are a plus! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team shaping the future of retail and media on-the-go.

The Brand Partnerships Manager will be acquiring and working with our most strategic clients in Austria and Germany. You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building long-term strategic partnerships with our clients and ensuring that their experience with the Hangry Media platform is transformative for their business. You will also take an active role in defining how our business and products evolve by representing the voice of the client.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for revenue generation through development and optimization of resources (digital media, retail, sampling and data) for the DACH market.
  • Brand acquisition strategy - execute proven brand acquisition strategies in collaboration with our team in Madrid.
  • Customer Relationships - Acquire new customers and manage, maintain and grow the existing customer base using our CRM system.
  • Retail - Working closely with agencies and product manufacturers to define and expand the retail product segments and developing sampling campaigns with the brands.
  • Data/Market Research - Creating success reports on promotional campaigns, conducting market analysis on product segments of target audiences.
  • Account Management - Work with a portfolio of brands to plan and implement campaigns closely with the Hangry Operations and Tech team. Take responsibility for the quality of account management and promotional materials that are shared externally.
  • Report on KPIs, market feedback, business forecasting and goals

Requirements

Requirements

2+ years of experience in new media, advertising or brand management, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding business and revenue objectives.

Demonstrated strong strategic sales and account management expertise

Excellent understanding of advertising technology, digital & static targeting, tracking and related trading models

Experience working with/for brand owners or product manufacturers and strong knowledge of their interactions with commercial and technical partners.

Ability to cultivate executive-level relationships and engage with high-level stakeholders to demonstrate retention and growth strategies.

Ability to educate and transition brands to a new form of media

Prerequisite

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
  • A willingness to be “in the trenches” working with our team and stakeholders
  • Start up (all-hands-on-deck) "I bust my a** because I love it" approach
  • Experience in marketing, communications, writing and digital marketing
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Solid understanding of a variety of business models (we're still proving ours)
