As a Senior Business Development Manager (f/m/d), you will be part of a dynamic team that drives growth through strategic B2B cooperations in the areas of e-commerce, media, corporate health, telecommunications, prevention and health insurance.

You will take on temporary management responsibility, further develop our cooperation network and play an active role in shaping the company's success. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners with room for personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking.

Your contribution within the team

  • Development and maintenance of strategic B2B partnerships in media, corporate health, e-commerce & health insurance companies
  • Identification of new business areas & development of growth strategies
  • Responsibility for sales targets, forecasts and KPI-based management
  • Leading contract negotiations & long-term customer relationships
  • Management & further development of a small team (incl. feedback & 1:1s)
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and reporting to management
  • Support with market analyses & preparation of board meetings

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • +5 years of experience in the digital B2B environment (media, platforms, health, fitness etc.)
  • Experience in building & managing strategic partnerships and business development
  • First management experience and high level of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication skills, structured & entrepreneurial mindset
  • Analytical skills and experience with KPIs, forecasts and target management
  • Fluency in German (C2) and very good English
