Senior Frontend Developer (Angular) - Frontend UI (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (Angular) to take ownership of the user interface of our core product. You will build modern, scalable and intuitive frontend applications that directly impact the digital experience of millions of hotel guests.

This role sits at the intersection of product thinking, technical excellence and outstanding usability. You translate complex product requirements into clean, high-quality and high-performance user interfaces.

You will play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture and elevating the overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Angular applications
• Build high-quality, scalable, and accessible user interfaces
• Take ownership of frontend architecture, feature modules, and reusable components
• Drive frontend best practices, structure, and technical standards
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, QA, and Backend teams
• Ensure performance optimization and consistent user experience across devices
• Improve and evolve our UI component library and design system
• Review code and mentor less experienced developers

What You Bring

• Several years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer with strong expertise in Angular
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS
• Strong experience with component-based architectures and state management
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS)
• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong sense of usability and clean UI design
• Structured, proactive, and product-oriented way of working

Required

• Fluent German (spoken and written)
• Professional working proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with NgRx or similar state management solutions
• Experience with Jasmine, Karma, or modern frontend testing frameworks
• Experience working in SaaS, startup, or scale-up environments
• Understanding of UX principles and interaction design
• Italian language skills
