Role Overview: As Founder, you will play a critical role in leading the day-to-day growth of GTM Pioneers. Your role sits at the intersection of community, content, automation, and commercial growth. You’ll help launch our first paid programs, test early revenue engines, and scale a trusted GTM community.

Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate is a resourceful, execution-driven operator with a track record in community, content, or growth — who thrives in early-stage chaos, brings hands-on skills in GTM or automation, and wants to co-own a company that helps founders win through tactical, no-fluff go-to-market systems.
Compensation: Initially, this is an equity-only role with a competitive equity share package. The financial compensation (salary) is envisaged once the business has established a solid revenue line.
Location: Remote (with potential travel for events)
