Role Overview: As Founder, you will play a critical role in leading the day-to-day growth of GTM Pioneers. Your role sits at the intersection of community, content, automation, and commercial growth. You’ll help launch our first paid programs, test early revenue engines, and scale a trusted GTM community.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Community Leadership

  • Build and energize a community of early-stage B2B founders.
  • Design rituals, prompts, and async systems that drive participation.

Content Creation & Positioning

  • Co-create tactical content (Notion drops, LinkedIn, email).
  • Help shape the GTM tone of voice: sharp, generous, no BS.

Event & Launch Execution

  • Run 1–2 digital events per month (webinars, teardown calls, panels).
  • Support launch of the Group Sprint program (and iterate based on feedback).

Automation & Ops

  • Implement lean systems (e.g., Airtable, Zapier, AI tools) for onboarding, email, and outreach.
  • Build MVP workflows that scale our community and monetization.

Early Revenue Growth

  • Co-lead the sales process for our Group Sprint and GTM Sprint offers.
  • Experiment with partner revenue models and course monetization.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You love building in public: Whether through posts, Looms, or Community updates — you share, teach, and connect.
  • You’re operations-capable: You don’t need to be a dev, but you’re fluent in Notion, Airtable, automation tools, and lightweight AI workflows.
  • You understand community and momentum: You’ve hosted or grown a community before — or you're hungry to do it now.
  • You’re excited by early chaos: You like working with ambiguity and being part of zero-to-one growth.
  • You care about results, not just activity: You want to make things that work — and improve them fast.

Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate is a resourceful, execution-driven operator with a track record in community, content, or growth — who thrives in early-stage chaos, brings hands-on skills in GTM or automation, and wants to co-own a company that helps founders win through tactical, no-fluff go-to-market systems.

Compensation: Initially, this is an equity-only role with a competitive equity share package. The financial compensation (salary) is envisaged once the business has established a solid revenue line.

Location: Remote (with potential travel for events)
