**Financial Operations Specialist** 

Our multicultural and dynamic team is responsible for the diligent management of the assigned program/s including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring and risk reporting.

## Tasks

*   Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
*   Monitoring the program processes
*   Train program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems
*   Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
*   Ensure agreements (statement of works, changes requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored
*   Ensure all program relevant manuals and procedures are updated regularly
*   Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, opportunities to the superior
*   User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production
*   Develop and maintain professional relationship with the business partners
*   Participate in potential projects

## Requirements

*   Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or relevant discipline
*   Experience in Operations roles, ideally within the supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking industry
*   Fluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
*   Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel
*   Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial
*   High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
*   Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
*   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
*   Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
