Senior Test Engineer

Global Supply Chain Finance Ltd (GSCF), an affiliate of the Blackstone portfolio company, is the world’s leading financial servicing provider in the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) sector with over 30 years of experience in structuring, implementing, and servicing receivables and payables based programs. GSCF offers innovative SCF solutions to leading banks, non-bank investors, large suppliers, and their buyers worldwide through its in-house developed platform.

To support our Technology team, we are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic:

Senior Test Engineer

The successful candidate will join a small team of testers focused on maintaining the quality of the applications offered.

• Automated test case design, creation, review and execution
• Defect analysis, tracking, validation and reporting
• Manual Testing

• Solid software testing experience (5 years +)
• Experience with Java in testing (AssertJ, JUnit, MockMvc)
• Experience with Test Automation Frameworks (Cucumber, Cypress)
• Expertise in creation of test scripts (Typescript)
• Good working knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret requirements and turn them into tests

Profile of the ideal candidate

• ISTQB/ISEB Testing qualification (or equivalent qualification)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications
• Experienced in Agile software testing
• Background in Information Technology
• Good English communication skills
• Flexible attitude with the ability to perform under pressure
• Strong self-learning ability with on-the-job learning
• Ability to prioritize
• Proactive and a self-starter
• Team player with experience working in a small team
• Multicultural sensitivity/awareness
