Our community has the choice of more than 2,000 products delivered to their homes within 10 minutes. Sustainability and environmental awareness are very important to us, so we focus a lot on regionality and organic.

Delivery takes place exclusively on e-bikes and happens from one of our micro warehouses, centrally located in the urban area. As a very fast-growing Start-Up, we want to be present in all major cities in Europe.

## Tasks

*   Lead your team in your store and be responsible for a healthy and happy work environment 
*   You are the first point of contact for all performance and operational issues in your store and communicate with many different stakeholders,
*   You know your store like the back of your hand and can answer any question about the store and its operations
*   You will be responsible for store performance and achieving store KPIs
*   Analyze sales, customer and delivery data to drive sales and customer satisfaction
*   Ensure that product quality and availability remains optimal

## Requirements

*   Working experience in a relevant field
*   You see yourself as an entrepreneur and are prepared for a fast-paced environment
*   You want to help grovy succeed
*   You don't have a problem with being hands-on at times
*   You have very good leadership and communication skills 
*   Fluent Romanian and English skills are an advantage
