## Your responsibilities

* Develop go to market strategies and identify new relevant target sectors and regions/countries
* Target large direct customers as well as develop new channel partnerships
* Execute first steps of go to market strategies by managing the entire cycle from first contact to deal closing together with your colleagues from the Growth team
* Adjust product market fit quickly in close collaboration with the Product team
* Develop strong revenue potential through the entry in new regions and verticals
* Continuous improvement of the BD strategy and processes in collaboration with the management team
* Represent gridX at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events

## Your profile

* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or another related field
* Ideally 3+ years work experience in enterprise-scale B2B software or platform sales
* Proven networking skills and existing contacts in relevant industries
* Structured and creative working methods with high solution orientation
* Good technical understanding, hands-on mentality and assertiveness
* Experience in IoT, Energy or Telecommunication is an advantage
* Expressive communication and team player skills
* Willingness to travel
* Fluent in German and English
