Objective of the Role

The trainee will gain hands-on experience in Solar Performance Analysis and Energy Efficiency (EE) Optimisation, working alongside experienced professionals in both domains. This structured 2-year program will prepare the candidate for a future role in renewable energy asset management.

Photovoltaic (PV) Operations – 50%

• Perform regular on-site visits to inspect PV systems and associated infrastructure.
• Assist in on-site inspections and performance monitoring of PV Systems.
• Support in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for underperforming assets.
• Assist in HSE compliance audits and ensure safe operation of PV Plants.
• Supervise service providers during maintenance and repair works, ensuring compliance with technical and HSE standards.
• Contribute to the development of solar performance reports.

Energy Efficiency (EE) Projects – 50%

• Support in energy consumption analysis across various facilities.
• Assist in data collection and energy performance reporting.
• Support in diagnostics, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for underperforming assets.
• Assist in supervision of service providers during maintenance and repair works, ensuring compliance with technical and HSE standards
