We are seeking a hands-on, passionate, and committed Co-Founder to join our innovative team in revolutionizing natural capital transparency through cutting-edge technology. This is not your standard venture; our roots lie in a successful forest asset management company, providing deep market expertise, a solid client base, and unparalleled industry insights.

## Tasks

*   **Develop Strategy & Drive Business**: Challenge, adjust and implement the long-term strategy and vision for the platform together with the founding team. Identify and capture new markets, forge strategic partnerships, and maximize our growth potential.
*   **Lead Product Innovation:** Oversee the development and enhancement of our technological solutions to ensure they meet market demands and solidify our leadership position.
*   **Strengthen the Core:** Leverage technology and innovation to optimize internal processes and ensure efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
*   **Build & Lead a High-Performing Team:** Recruit, develop, and manage a skilled team that shares our mission and thrives in a dynamic startup environment. 
*   **Secure funding and cultivate relationships:** Approach investors to secure the necessary funding for growth acceleration. Maintain and strengthen relationships for long-term success.

## Requirements

*   **Entrepreneurial Mindset**: Strong drive to take ownership of projects and execute them effectively. Ready to lead and inspire within a startup environment.
*   **Professional Experience**: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in venture building or project management with technology-driven roles, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
*   **Technical Proficiency**: Strong foundation in technology, including experience with the latest tech stacks and tools for product development.
*   **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, forestry, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
*   **Passion for Nature**: A deep commitment to preserving and valuing our planet’s natural ecosystems.
