Tasks
Head of Product will be a cultural leader, responsible for defining, owning, and executing the company’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap to support long-term business growth and customer success at greenteg AG / CORE. This role ensures strong alignment between market needs, business objectives, and product development, while leading cross-functional collaboration and fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
- Define and own product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Ensure resourcing and targets are well-aligned, and proactively identify needs to make decisions or limit scope to ensure success.
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap, balance customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business impact.
- Build, lead, and mentor the product management team.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, quality, and operations to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and differentiation, translating insights into product initiatives.
- Establish, monitor, and report product KPIs to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions.
- Ensure compliance and best practices across product-related processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in product marketing with in-depth experience launching new products and verticals.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strategic and analytical mindset.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Product lifecycle and agile expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Languages: English C1, additional languages are an asset.
- Experience in Sports Tech would be an advantage.
- Willingness to work across time zones including US East Coast.
- Valid work permit for Switzerland or Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship.
