## Tasks

We are looking for a passionate and talented user experience researcher to help us evolve our products. Added bonus if you can support with design work. Working directly with the product team (product owner, designer, developers) but also with other parts of the company like sales and marketing.

**As a member of the product team, you’ll:**

*   Shape the development of user research, rapid prototyping and usability testing
*   Be the voice of users within the team by conducting and leading research using a variety of different quantitative and qualitative research methods. For example: user interviews, concept and usability testing, contextual inquiry, surveys, card sorting, competitor analysis, etc.
*   Plan, conduct and analyse research to discover user problems. From early discovery, usage and needs, through product design validation.
*   Generate actionable insights that explore broad understandings and evaluate product experiences
*   Analyse existing data to define hypotheses about problems that users may have. Verify hypotheses that are related to user behaviour on the website.
*   Work with designers or design solutions (if you can design) to address user problems and measure the effectiveness of design solutions by running usability tests and quantitative data analysis (e.g. A/B tests)
*   Stay on top of changing technologies, and best practices in UX research and design
*   Enjoy the startup life, laugh a lot and have an after-work drink with the team

## Requirements

*   2+ years of experience in a UX researcher or designer role
*   Fluent in spoken and written English (German is a plus)
*   Eager to work in a young and dynamic team with a lot of freedom and responsibility
*   You’re a motivated self-starter who’s ready to kick-ass and tackle the uncharted future of car ownership

**Desirable qualities, but not required:**

*   Based in Zürich, Switzerland (we also welcome remote work)
*   Tools we use: Analytics, Hubspot, Heap, Hotjar, Quicksight, Ethnio, Dovetail
*   E-Commerce experience
*   Fluent in German and/or French
