Looking for a superwoman or superman ready to smash a challenge and become a key player in gowago's transformation. We are looking for the missing link to the holy trinity of the Sales Manager, Operations Manager and B2B Sales & Inventory manager to join our team in Zurich.

## Tasks

- Establishing a new department, processes and solutions to support the development of gowago
- Responsible for the supply, purchasing and remarketing of our online and fleet inventory
- Create, maintain and curate the supplier network and relationships
- Negotiate volumes, pricing, and discounts
- Responsible for contracts between us and our suppliers
- Onboarding suppliers to understand and establish our proccesses
- Enable our partners to successfully sell our products (B2B2C)
- Responsible to manage, track and achieve sales targets for B2B2C channels
- Manage the online inventory ensuring a competitive product offering tailored to our target customer
- Driving purchasing decisions through informed market trends and customer demand
- Manage and optimize the remarketing process by finding creative and competitive channels for our fleet and trade-in vehicles
- Closely collaborate with the sales and operations teams
- Admin, because let's face it, we all have to do some
- Reports directly to Head of Sales and Operations

## Requirements

- Automotive experience is a must! (min. 3 years)
- First-hand experience in interaction with car suppliers / car dealerships is a plus
- Proven success in delivering KPI's within automotive
- Experienced and interested in B2B relationships
- Tech & data savvy, interested and up to date with market trends
- Fluent in German - additional fluency in French is ideal
- Project management skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Energised by high levels of activities and cross-functional interractions
- Approaches problems as opportunities
- Open, honest and transparent communication and mindset
- Be proud and accountable for what you say and do
- Previous experience managing a team is an advantage
