We are currently seeking for a Mobility Advisor - Customer Success and Fleet to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance the mobility of Gowago customers by advising them in the journey on the road. At Gowago, you’ll be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional service, while ensuring that our customers’ needs are met with efficiency and care.

**Job Type: Fulltime**  
**Availability: 80-100%**

## Tasks

*   Analyze and resolve customer issues related to our complex products and services, ensuring clear communication.
*   Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
*   Onboard customers to our on the road experience and help them have the best journey with their car.
*   Collaborate with different stakeholders, to ensure efficient case solving.

## Requirements

*   German mother tongue (Essential)
*   Fluent in English (Required)
*   Available for 80-100%.
*   Strong communication skills.
*   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
*   Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Good to Have:

*   Conversational French (Preferred)
*   CRM experience (Preferred)
*   Knowledge of car ownership and a passion for cars.
