We are currently seeking a Customer Success - Customer Escalation Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a law student or paralegal to gain hands-on experience in customer escalation, legal processes, and CRM management within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. At Gowago, you’ll be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional service, while ensuring that our customers’ needs are met with efficiency and care.

Location: Downtown Zurich
Job Type: Internship (12 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Availability: 80-100%

Tasks

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, addressing their needs and managing escalations professionally.
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues related to our complex products and services, ensuring clear communication.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
  • Pre-draft legal responses and collaborate with our legal experts, to ensure compliance with the Swiss consumerism legal framework before finalizing and communicating resolutions.
  • Collaborate with different parties, to ensure efficient case solving
  • Work on the legal aspects of customer cases, providing support where contractual obligations and terms are concerned.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • German mother tongue (Essential)
  • Fluent in English (Required)
  • Ongoing law degree or a background in paralegal studies.
  • Available for 80-100% internship.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when documenting interactions and handling legal aspects.
  • Basic knowledge of the Swiss consumerism legal framework is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Good to Have:

  • Conversational French (Preferred)
  • CRM experience (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of car ownership and a passion for cars.
