We are Gorillas & we are on a mission to redefine convenience retail. We are a passionate and experienced founding team with previous start-up experience and roots at Bain & Company and HelloFresh. We are currently in talks with the most prominent early stage Venture Capital firms to fuel our growth. We have recently launched our product and are now recruiting our first key employees.

## Tasks

- You will lead & develop a team taking care of the dark warehouse operations while assisting with tasks as necessary
- You will assist the dark store manager and make sure that processes are implemented correctly
- You will be responsible for strategic demand planning & inventory accuracy of your dark store
- You will be responsible for incoming shipments & communication within your dark store team
- You will ensure optimal product quality and high customer satisfaction
- You will work together with our procurement department and rider managers
- You will manage riders, pick & packers and jokers in your dark store

## Requirements

- You have worked in a professional role in a similar environment (FMCG/Retail experience is a big plus)
- You have strong operations management skills
- You have a hands-on mentality
- You are familiar with the grocery retail space
- You have very good communication skills and a high proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Ability to speak German is a huge plus
