About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will play a key role in building high-quality talent pipelines across tech, marketing, eCommerce, and operations — directly contributing to the growth of the company.

What You Will Do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referral programs, communities, and headhunting.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring demands.
• Execute employer branding activities across multiple platforms.
• Track, analyze and optimize recruitment performance metrics.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
• Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiar with hiring across Marketing, Tech, E-commerce, Operations roles is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
