To be the Administrator of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, where appropriate. Ensure the office is maintained and ensure
the office runs effectively and efficiently, including all supplies and
stationery.

Inputting
data onto the database, filing, answering the phones and general office duties.

Tasks

  1. Working with and reporting to the Office Manager to ensure an efficient and effective office

Looking for a part-time office-based member of staff, the position will consist of 20 hours per week.
