Associate Operator – GMP Cleaning

French Speaking Switzerland – Contract – Work Permit mandatory

For an international pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, we are currently looking for an Associate Operator – GMP Cleaning to support production and laboratory operations. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning activities within GMP-regulated areas, ensuring full compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
This is a full-time contract position, starting as soon as possible, with an initial duration of one year and the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning operations in GMP production areas, laboratories, and sampling rooms
• Clean small production and laboratory equipment as well as equipment parts from manufacturing and packaging lines
• Execute all activities in compliance with GMP regulations, hygiene rules, and site safety standards
• Follow site-specific quality procedures and documentation requirements
• Complete GMP-compliant documentation (logbooks, forms, GDP standards)
• Replenish consumables in production areas
• Support stock management and availability of production garments
• Report deviations, near-misses, incidents, and safety risks to the relevant stakeholders

Working Conditions

• Full-time role with standard weekly working hours
• Shift work (2x8) may be required depending on project phase and team organization
• Work is performed in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in cleaning activities within a pharmaceutical site
• Solid understanding of GMP environments
• Fluency in French is mandatory
• Versatile, well-organized, and detail-oriented working style
• Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work reliably in a regulated and safety-critical environment
