## Innovative Healthcare for Patients -__ __Operations Scheduling & Cell Logistics

We are looking for an __Operations Specialist in Scheduling & Logistics__ to strengthen our customers team in a highly dynamic and meaningful field.  

__Your role__  
In this position, you will be the central contact point for clinics, logistics partners, and production sites. You will coordinate schedules, resolve issues in real time, and ensure smooth end-to-end operations.  

__Your main tasks__

* Coordinate and manage schedules with clinics, treatment centers, and logistics partners
* Ensure excellent communication and a positive customer experience
* Enter and monitor schedule data in internal systems
* Troubleshoot disruptions quickly and find practical solutions
* Provide guidance and training to users on scheduling processes
* Work in rotating shifts (07:30–16:30 or 09:00–18:00), including occasional weekends and holidays

__Your profile__

* Experience in customer service, call centers, patient support, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage
* Strong service orientation and communication skills
* Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and find solutions
* Flexible, reliable, and motivated to support critical operations
* _Fluent German is mandatory_ , with good English skills; other languages are a plus
* High availability and willingness to work overtime and on-call shifts when needed
