What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary scheduling contact for apheresis centers, manufacturing sites, logistics partners, and treatment centers
- Create and maintain patient schedules within the BMS scheduling system
- Monitor collection, transport, warehousing, and manufacturing activities
- Provide troubleshooting and escalation support for operational challenges
- Manage product returns and replacements when required
- Deliver training and real-time portal support to external stakeholders
- Document feedback from customers and partners and drive process improvements
- Actively participate in daily operations meetings and shift handovers
What you bring
- > 3 years’ experience in customer service, call-centre operations, logistics, supply-chain or related field
- Proven ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting, remaining customer-centric and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills in English & German; French nice to have
- A self-starter mindset, ownership, and a collaborative spirit
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
