Join our Worldwide Medical Affairs organization for a seven-month assignment supporting the specialized teams. You’ll be the operational heartbeat that keeps two science-driven groups moving smoothly in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate recurring and ad-hoc meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and chase actions.
- Arrange end-to-end travel (flights, trains, visas, hotels, ground transport) and optimise costs.
- Own expense processing, congress registrations and visitor logistics with flawless compliance.
- Compile presentation decks and distribute meeting materials ahead of tight deadlines.
- Act as the go-to resource for any other administrative projects that arise.
What you bring
- Education & experience – Commercial diploma (CFC) or similar, plus 3 + years in an administrative/assistant role within a multinational or regulated environment.
- Tech mastery – confident with MS Office; prior use of travel-booking and expense tools a bonus.
- Language skills – fluent English & ideally French; any additional language is welcome.
- Personal qualities – exceptional organisation, discretion with confidential information and calm multitasking even when priorities shift.

- Duration: 7 months (maternity/parental leave cover).
- Type: Full-time, fixed-term employment contract with competitive salary & benefits.
