## Tasks

**In this position the Senior Marketing Consultant will be responsible for managing the marketing activities in the following areas:**

*   Developing, executing and delivering marketing strategies, incl. demand marketing strategies and concepts.
*   Developing and executing short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline; incl. leading A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.
*   Managing content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle.
*   Conducting marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities. Identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth.
*   Consulting and managing activites related to building media reputation and recognition.
*   Creating and executing creative concepts incl their end-to-end management. 
*   Monitoring and measuring marketing projects and analyzing results.
*   Suggesting improvements and new ideas to marketing processes and activities.
*   Consulting on analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
*   Giving direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
*   Consulting, executing and/or supporting on operational activities/tasks.
*   Supporting the manager in cooperation with the company’s Sales, Delivery, HR and TAG teams; supporting them to meet their objectives.
*   Supporting effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
*   Supporting the marketing department in daily tasks.
*   Supporting in managing marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
*   Team members mentoring.

## Requirements

*   In-depth knowledge of management, data analysis, market research, principles and best practices in the field of marketing.
*   5+ years of experience in demand generation marketing - ranging from events, through digital marketing.
*   Fluent local language, German, and English language both spoken and in writing.
*   Knowledge of tools as WordPress, SMM tools FB & Google Ads manager, Marketo, etc.
*   Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills.
*   Ability to think craetively, strategically and analytically.
*   Ability to coordinate tasks in several parallel projects.
