We are currently looking for a __Senior Programme / Project Manager (m/f/d)__ to join our Product & Tech team in our office in Berlin, Munich or Paris. It’s a global function driving delivery in a fast and sustainable way. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will carry out the following for your assigned project or programs:

* Create clear program / project structure and maintain throughout the project & program lifecycle
* Establish appropriate, well maintained and transparent project documentation
* Initiate, schedule and facilitate efficient Project and Program steering meetings e.g. status clarity, risks & dependencies clear to enable fast decision making
* Map & track dependencies, risks and the health of the projects while considering impact to delivery customer and business value
* Act as a central point of contact for all project and program stakeholders
* Assess project and program status and recommend change to achieve best outcome meeting project and company objectives
* Support and guide teams to prioritise and align cross-functional and cross-domain deliverables

As part of the agile delivery mechanism it is imperative that for project and program there is a :

* High level of collaboration with all departments and teams involved allowing autonomy to deliver whilst providing guide rails of excellent project governance

In addition, as part of the Delivery & Agility function you will 

* Support in defining project management standards and best practices to run projects with ease and efficiency
* Own Project and Program Management tools and continuously improve the visibility of all initiatives

* Enthusiasm for ambiguous, fast paced but supportive environments
* A proactive approach that avoids waste and drives clarity
* Ability to facilitate on-site and remote meetings utilizing collaboration tools and platforms as appropriate (e.g. Miro boards)
* Ability to negotiate and prioritise clearly
* Strong toolbox of project management knowledge
* Strong approach on how to start and take over new and existing projects by asking the right questions like acceptance and closure criteria and how to deliver those
* Ability to create and maintain an overview of internal and external stakeholders
* Strong visualisation skills to show projects and programs on portfolio level
* Proven experience utilising data driven approaches along with the support of Agile Coaches to Estimate and forecast efforts for each teams and functions where necessary
* Utilises excellent people skills to connect regularly with relevant people & teams to understand project and programme health (e.g. risks, dependencies, progress etc.)
* Experience in working with Agile frameworks and combining them with Project Management methodologies
* Knowledge of product and software development processes
* Proven track record of successful Tech project and program delivery in a complex, multinational environment
