Tasks
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications for our e-commerce platform using React.js / Next.js (bonus: Nuxt.js if applicable).
- Build and scale API-first back-end services with Node.js (Nest.js preferred), integrating with databases and third-party services (payment gateways, logistics, CRM/ERP).
- Implement and optimize caching strategies (in-memory, Redis) and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Ensure SEO-friendly architecture through server-side rendering (SSR), optimized meta tags, and fast load times.
- Conduct performance audits for both front-end and back-end using tools like Lighthouse, Webpack Analyzer, and database profiling.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to improve UI/UX and conversion rates through data-driven methods (A/B testing, heatmaps, funnel analysis).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to facilitate effective AI-assisted code review and debugging.
- Actively adopt AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for faster prototyping, automated testing, and code refactoring.
- Contribute to a “vibe coding” culture – collaborative, open-minded, and focused onwriting code that’s both elegant and practical.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in fullstack development, e-commerce technology, and AI-assisted development workflows.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with strong back-end expertise and solid front-end skills.
- Proficient in React.js, Next.js (Vue/Nuxt.js is a plus).
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (Nest.js preferred), PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Proven experience with caching systems (Redis, in-memory caching) and messagequeues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Understanding of SEO principles and SSR for e-commerce websites.
- Experience optimizing performance for high-traffic systems.
- Familiarity with microservices or event-driven architecture is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools for coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills, team player mindset, and willingness to embrace a positive coding culture
