GHARAGE an in 2019 founded Vision Hub and Venture Vehicle entirely dedicated to constantly innovate Gebr. Heinemann’s future. GHARAGE is active in Northern Europe with a headquarters in Hamburg, as well as in Southeast Asia with an office based in Singapore.
Tasks
- You act as a trusted advisor and direct report to the CEO and provide strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations on key business decisions
- You are mainly responsible for operations, culture and finance together with at least one other person supporting you
- You will develop a project reporting plan, monitor it for profitability etc., and be fully responsible for adhering the budget
- You are the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding negotiation of projects, contracts, their budgets, timelines and resources
- You prepare and lead internal and external meetings, taking all participants on board with confidence as well as summarizing the results and action points
- You drive cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution across teams
- You facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the organization, including coordinating leadership meetings, stick to deadlines, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in a strategic, consulting, business development or project management role, preferably in a fast-changing, challenging or startup environment
- You have worked in a dynamic environment and also possess an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have in-depth experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, projects and budgets
- You have a proven track record of developing and driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and delivering results in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- You think analytically and work in a solution-orientated way, with the aim of constantly improving your processes
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time
- You enjoy negotiating contracts terms with clients and striking the right tone
- You possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels in German and English, both verbally and writing
