Your mission
- Be responsible for communicating with customers in the after-sales phase (logistics) by telephone and CRM system (Salesforce)
- Pursue a solution-oriented approach and prioritise customer satisfaction
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions about the status of their shipment
- Serve as the first point of contact for logistics service providers regarding problems with delivery
- Prepare the necessary documents for returns from third countries
Your profile
- You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to work in a commercial or business-related role. However, lateral entry may also be possible
- (Initial) professional experience in complaints management or customer care
- Knowledge of customs/export law
- Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of other languages advantageous
- The ability to work in a team and with care and initiative. In addition to your communication skills, you should show a strongly customer and service-orientated approach and an ability to get things done
