Head of Consulting - Data & Analytics (d/f/m)

As Head of Consulting at scaleML, you are in charge of driving sales and delivery of data-focused projects. You serve as the principal liaison between our clients and our senior engineering team, managing high-impact projects across various industries including retail, assurance, energy & utilities.

Working at scaleML provides access to our proprietary ML framework, getML, first of its kind for relational enterprise data. GetML includes groundbreaking algorithms that facilitate ML model building for complex problems, without requiring expert input from the business domain. In multiple cross-industry use-cases, getML has shown its potential for a ten-fold project speedup.

Instead of conventional requirements, we focus on performance objectives – outlining what you need to accomplish to excel in this role:

• Identify Opportunities. Leverage your data science expertise to identify potential projects and use-case potentials for innovative ML applications.
• Engage Clients. Conduct workshops with clients to understand their specific challenges. Use your design thinking skills to guide clients through problem-solving processes.
• Drive Revenue Growth. Cultivate new client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management. Uphold the continuous delivery of services and deepen client relationships.
• Networking and Brand Presence. Attend industry events, trade fairs, and networking functions.
• Project Management. Manage all phases of projects, from initiation to closure.
• Team Leadership. Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence.
• Language Proficiency. Fluent in at least German and English to effectively communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders.

About us:

Founded in 2017, we launched getML to create efficient ML algorithms for relational enterprise data. In 2020, getML transitioned out of beta and is now used daily by professional data scientists.

We initiated scaleML in 2021 to offer professional services for Data Engineering, Data Science, and ML Ops challenges. Currently, we are a team of 10+ engineers with a track record of 30+ successfully executed ML & software engineering projects.
