🏃Our Process

Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans, the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate, we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.

Most of the process for this position will be handled by Uli.

  1. I review your application: Apart from your CV feel free to include a few words as to what motivates you to join Klar.
  2. We get to know each other: We have a 30-minute meeting in which I will tell you more about our vision for Klar plus, we'll get to see whether both our expectations align.
  3. We really get to know each other: We will have a second meeting in which I want to understand what drives you and where you want to be in the future. You can ask me anything you want - nothing is off the table. We will talk for as long as necessary and by the end of it we should both feel comfortable.
  4. You meet the Founders
    • we value strong fit and alignment within our team. This gives you and us a chance for a final check.
  5. You get an offer
    • and hopefully sign it ✌️

Tasks

🤝 About The Position

Klar is the most holistic data & reporting platform for growing eCommerce brands.

But we don’t just want to provide a software to our customers. We deeply care about them being successful.

Which is why we have a consulting team of experienced eCom operators (ex-CMO 9-figure brand, ex-Head of Marketing 8-figure brand) within Klar that works as a sparring partner with with our customers.

Since we are growing, we now want to add a third person to that team.

In this role, you will do the following:

  • Act as an advisor to our customers
    • this can take different forms. They might not know what the right course of action is or even have an problem they don’t know the answer to. With your broad eCom expertise and wide knowledge of what is working across Klar customers, you advise them on the right course of action.
  • Create data audits for customers
    • you dive deep into the customers data and uncover patterns and insights that they might have missed, present your finding and suggest ways to improve their business.
  • Shape the development of our product
    • as you help customer solve their problems, you know exactly how our product needs to improve. As part of is role you will work closely with our product teams to shape the roadmap, define features and be involved in the QA process of new feature to ensure that they hit the mark.
