Over the last year, we focused on building a product that helps our customers.

Now it’s time to build up the commercial side of the business.

That’s where I am looking for your support.

We have built an extremely efficient inbound marketing flywheel consisting of:

• Our existing customers recommending Klar to their network
• Agency partners introducing Klar to their customers to get accurate data
• The eCom Unity - Germany’s largest eCommerce community with 1300+ operators.

These three components also interact with and amplify each other so that our tremendous growth thus far has ben driven by 99% inbound.

We now want to amplify each of these components and thereby accelerating our growth even further.

Here is what your responsibilities will be:

• Identify approaches to amplify each components of our flywheel (SaaS product, agency partnership and community).
• Accelerate our inbound engine
  • Design, implement and execute systems and processes that create awareness within our target group, provide value and generate interest for our product.
• Test, measure, learn, iterate
  • build up a reporting structure that allows you to understand what is working and improve your systems and processes to maximize results
• Cross-departmental collaboration - exchange knowledge and learnings with our growth and content leads on what is working to strengthen the performance of each function.

The beauty of this role is that it gives you lot of freedom to try different approaches. You are not narrowed into a single product or offer but have different entry points into our flywheel that you can target.

At the same time, you will receive mentorship from Max, who will share with you everything he as learned over the past decade in building high-growth organisations.

• You are the smartest guy in the room
  • or at least you have been until now. We are looking for someone that just gets things and can connect the dots.
• Humble & Hungry - you don't want the ordinary, you strive for greatness. At the same time you know that you still have a long way to go and are willing to work your butt off to get there. No task is too low for you.
• You have a commercial mindset
  • You are not afraid to get measured by your results or to talk to other people and should be outgoing and make people instantly feel comfortable.
• Some hard skills that you will need
  • yes, we also have those. You need to be fluent in English and German. You are a numbers-guy & spreadsheet-pro with cross-disciplinary interest.
• You are at the beginning of your career
  • no matter if you are fresh out of university or already have a few years of experience. How well you fit the above description matters more than anything else

• Top-of-market compensation
  • we might not be able to pay you the same as Goldman or McKinsey but we want to get the best and we don't expect them to be cheap.
• Work from anywhere- we are based in Munich and while we are building Klar as a remote-first company, we'd prefer this person to also be based here because it'll be extremely hands-on. But, if you want to work from Spain for a month in summer, no problem.

Since we are growing like crazy and have big plans, the starting date is ideally tomorrow. But for the right candidate, we are willing to wait. Quality always pays off.

Most of the process for this position will be handled by Max.
