Senior Growth Operator | 8-Figure DTC Founder | Dubai

Work directly with a founder who scaled a profitable DTC business from $0 to $5M+ monthly revenue.

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Operator who wants to work directly alongside the founder of a fast-growing, profitable DTC e-commerce company and play a key role in scaling from 8 to 9 figures.

This is not a corporate marketing job.

What You'll Own

You will take ownership across the entire growth engine:

• Meta Ads & performance marketing
• Creative strategy
• Ad copy & hooks
• Landing pages & funnels
• CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
• Shopify optimisation
• Growth experiments & testing
• Building and managing a creative team

You'll work directly with the founder and help shape the systems, playbooks and processes that drive growth.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience in DTC e-commerce
• Strong Shopify experience
• Strong Meta Ads experience
• Experience analysing ROAS, CAC, conversion rates and funnel performance
• Ability to write copy, identify winning hooks and evaluate creatives
• Excellent English communication skills
• High accountability and ownership mentality

• No Shopify experience
• No Meta Ads experience
• Poor written English
• Frequent job hopping
• Lack of data literacy
• Looking for a management-only role

• Location: Dubai-based. You will spend at least 6 months per year working directly alongside the founder in our Dubai office.
• Visa sponsorship and relocation support available for the right candidate.
