We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (f/m/x) to join us full-time (40 hours per week) and support our Commercial team in Berlin, Germany.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first touchpoint for potential customers, generating excitement about our services and qualifying leads for the broader sales team.

Tasks

You will support the Commerical team by:

  • Lead Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for new prospects, identifying and qualifying B2B leads.
  • Sales Execution: Manage incoming inquiries
  • Outreach & Campaigns: Independently drive customer acquisition through email and telephone; design and evaluate email campaigns.
  • Presentations: Conduct professional phone and web-based product demonstrations.
  • Strategy & CRM: Maintain accurate CRM data, collaborate with marketing to refine acquisition strategies, and support the development of internal sales structures.
  • Reporting: Maintain direct communication and reporting with the VP of Commercial Operations.
  • Implementing AI Practises: using AI creatively to drive higher conversion and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a comparable sales role (e.g., apprenticeship or relevant studies).
  • Communication: Exceptional persuasion, communication, and sales skills.
  • Work Style: Structured, independent, goal-oriented, and precise approach.
  • Personal Attributes: Creative, reliable, self-motivated team player with strong service orientation and high digital/online affinity.
  • Language: Fluent in English (Native or C1 level), (any additional European languages are a plus).
