We’re looking for a **Product & Technology Associate** who combines strong technical skills with a **user-experience mindset**. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to build features that are not only functional but intuitive and enjoyable for users.

## Tasks

Collaborate with engineers to develop and improve platform features

Translate user needs into technical and product requirements

Analyze user flows and suggest improvements to enhance usability

**Nice-to-have:** contribute to UI layouts and visual consistency

## Requirements

*   2–4 years experience in tech/product roles (web/app platforms preferred)
*   Strong problem-solving skills and technical understanding
*   Passion for creating great user experiences
*   Familiarity with UX/UI tools (Figma, Notion, Jira) is a plus
*   Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
