We’re looking for a sharp, proactive **Business Administration Intern** who’s ready to support our operations and help us scale.

## Tasks

**What You’ll Do**

*   Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
*   Organize digital files, update Notion pages, and assist with internal coordination
*   Help manage calendars, meeting notes, email follow-ups, and documentation
*   Conduct research on beauty clinics, health tourism partners, and regional markets
*   Assist in clinic onboarding, legal documentation tracking, and customer inquiries
*   Coordinate tasks between our tech, content, and business teams

## Requirements

**Who You Are**

*   A student or recent graduate in Business, Operations, Management, or a similar field
*   Super organized, detail-oriented, and tech-literate (Google Suite, Notion, Excel)
*   Strong written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
*   Curious about startups, healthcare, or the beauty industry
*   Professional, responsible, and solution-oriented
