**Regional Air Pricing Manager (m/f/x)**

## Tasks

*   Render full support to Tender Managers / Pricing managers on RFQs, and deliver pricing complete and on time
*   Drive growth in Tenders by strategical revenue optimization & network utilization
*   Identify opportunities for volume steering
*   Support on yield optimizing existing capacities (allocations, own flights and road feeders)
*   Support on definition of trade-lane budgets (capacity & cost) on key trade-lanes
*   Support on regional capacity procurement plan supported by the regional Gateway Manager,
*   Actively work with Business Development and countries to craft best solution possible for the client and for GEODIS
*   Map and structure local charges across the region
*   Identify and apply density specific pricing
*   Identify potential synergy effects in consolidations
*   Perform risk assessment of pricing
*   Support on regional air pricing in close cooperation with countries to all applicable tools (IRIS, ENQ, Tender etc.)
*   Structure an end to end (door to door) achievable cost visibility on all key trade-lanes

## Requirements

*   Min. 3-5 years of work experience in pricing/procurement in Forwarding/carrier setting
*   Extensive work experience in Air Freight in the Global Forwarding/Air freight industry
*   Business acumen and proven negotiation skills/expertise
*   Understanding and demonstrated success in developing pricing solutions
*   Deep knowledge of airfreight pricing
*   Statistics and data analysis competences
*   Strong organizational and communication skills
*   Strong ability to influence internal stakeholders
*   Familiarity with principles and practices of suppliers
*   Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
*   Fluent and comfortable in English, written and spoken
